Role Overview
This hybrid role is ideally suited to experienced motor trade professionals such as Senior Sales Executives, Business Managers, or Sales Managers. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of dealerships, supporting them with FCA compliance, training, and regulatory oversight.
You will work primarily from home, managing your own diary and liaising directly with clients to schedule on-site audits and reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance audits and reviews at client dealerships
- Provide ongoing monitoring and oversight of assigned dealerships
- Deliver FCA compliance training to dealership staff
- Support clients with system usage, regulatory updates, and best practice
- Occasionally conduct onboarding and system training for new clients
- Communicate effectively with staff at all levels, from sales executives to directors
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a retail motor dealership operating under FCA regulation
- Background in showroom-based roles (sales or management) is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident presenting to all levels of seniority
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage field-based responsibilities, including occasional overnight stays

Important Information
This is not a sales role
The position is hybrid – home and field-based – and
will involve some overnight travel, which can be
planned around family commitments
