Your Role:

As our Learning and Development Manager, you will:

  • Empower Clients: Help our clients advance their skills and knowledge in compliance.
  • Onboard with Excellence: Deliver an outstanding onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Innovate Learning: Introduce and manage a blended learning approach, combining the best of face-to-face and e-learning methods.
  • Create and Improve: Update and develop new e-learning modules to keep our training cutting-edge.
  • Gather Feedback: Continuously improve our training programs based on client feedback.
  • Ensure Compliance: Facilitate and test compliance system changes, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Be the Go-To Person: Provide exceptional customer service and support to newly onboarded dealers.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Automotive Expertise: Extensive experience in the motor trade, especially in a showroom environment.
  • Proven Track Record: Experience in an L&D role would be preferable, or sales experience in a dealership role will be considered.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with e-learning platforms and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent Communicator: Ability to quickly establish credibility with clients and colleagues.
  • Adaptable and Resilient: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
