Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, your primary focus will be on driving sales of new products to our existing customers, acquiring new clients, and establishing strong relationships with partner companies’. This is an internal sales role conducted through phone calls and online meetings.
Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to sell new products to existing customers.
- Actively prospect and engage with potential new clients to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with partner companies’ and their field teams to generate referral marketing leads.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and personalised service.
- Cultivate partnerships with sales teams from partner companies, fostering collaboration and mutual growth.
- Manage your own sales portfolio, ensuring personalised attention to each client’s needs.
Sales Experience:
- Utilise your B2B sales experience to proactively identify and address client needs.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the FCA compliance landscape in the automotive industry, providing informed solutions to clients.
- Employ effective communication and negotiation skills to build trust and lasting relationships.
Sales Autonomy:
– Responsible for managing your own sales portfolio, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
Location:
Based Ideally in our Gloucester Office or possible remote
Qualifications:
– Previous B2B sales experience is essential.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Salary:
£23,000 to £36,000 OTE
Training and Progression:
– Full product training will be provided.
– Opportunities for career progression into more senior sales roles within the organisation.
